Every Costa Coffee line we can load for export, in one place: the Dolce Gusto compatible pods and the aluminium Nespresso compatible capsules, the roast and ground and the whole beans, the premium instant in the 100g, 150g and 190g jars, the Barista Creations and the one-cup sachets, the hot chocolate, and the ready-to-drink lattes, flat whites and frappes in the can and the bottle.
Costa is the coffee-shop brand of the British high street, and the at-home range carries that name onto the grocery shelf: the same blends, the same cup names, in a pack a shopper recognises from the shop window. This page is the whole of the brand as we stock it, from a box of ten pods to a kilo bag of beans to a chilled-cabinet can, so an importer can build a Costa shelf in one order.

The capsule lines are where most listings start. The Dolce Gusto compatible pods come ten to a box in the cup names people order — latte, caramel latte, cappuccino, flat white and skinny latte — four boxes to a case, and the Nespresso compatible capsules are aluminium, ten to a sleeve and ten sleeves to a case, in Colombian roast espresso, Brazilian blend ristretto, signature blend lungo and an intensely dark Amazonian blend lungo. Both systems are in homes and offices in every market we ship to, and a Costa pod is the branded alternative to the machine-maker's own.
The beans and the roast and ground sit beside them for the cafetière, filter and bean-to-cup customer: the signature blend and the Amazonian blend in 200g bags, five to a case, the signature beans in a 400g bag, and the dark Amazonian beans in a 1kg bag, three to a case, for the hospitality and office trade. The instant range covers the jar sizes a retailer actually stocks — the premium smooth medium roast and intense dark roast in the 100g jar, six to a case, the same two roasts and a decaf in the 190g jar, a 150g tin, and the Barista Creations salted caramel and creamy cappuccino in the 255g tin.
The sachets are the impulse and single-serve lines: creamy cappuccino, latte, salted caramel latte, millionaires mocha and the seasonal maple hazel latte, five boxes to a case, each box six or five one-cup sachets. The 300g hot chocolate rounds off the hot-drinks shelf. Then the chilled cabinet: the ready-to-drink latte and caramel latte in the 250ml can, the flat white in 200ml, the frappes in caramel swirl, chocolate fudge brownie, creamy tiramisu and jaffa cake, the double shot plus, and the 750ml latte, caramel latte and oat latte bottles, with four-packs and price-marked cans for the convenience channel.
Everything on the page is ambient and shelf-stable, with shelf lives from a year on the pods, beans, ground and sachets to eighteen months on the Nespresso compatible capsules and two years on the 150g tin, so a sea-freight order to the Gulf, East or West Africa, the Caribbean or the Far East is straightforward and nothing needs a reefer. The jars and the ready-to-drink lines are heavy rather than bulky, the pods and sachets are light, and the two balance one another in a mixed container that would otherwise cube out with confectionery or weigh out with drinks. Units per case, cases per layer, cases per pallet, pack size and the barcode are published on every line, so the load can be planned before a price is agreed.
We are a UK exporter. The range loads from our UK depot for importers and distributors, by the case or by the pallet, and it consolidates with the rest of the catalogue — the teas, the biscuits, the confectionery, the soft drinks and the grocery — on one order, one invoice and one container. Sign in to a trade account and case prices are on screen as you build the quote; without an account, send us the list and we come back with a quotation, usually within a working day.
1 brand across 40+ live lines — Costa. Every one is bought directly from the manufacturer, and the list below is the range we hold.
Costa Coffee runs from 57g to 1000g here. Price-marked packs are in the range for markets that resell at the UK marked price. Case, layer and pallet counts sit on every line in the shop, so you can size an order before you ask us to price it.
We are a UK exporter: Costa Coffee loads from our UK depot for importers and distributors in more than 60 markets, and consolidates with anything else in the catalogue — mix brands and categories across one order, one invoice and one container. Chocolate and anything heat-sensitive is worth a conversation about reefer before you fix the volume.
The at-home range and the ready-to-drink range: Dolce Gusto compatible pods and aluminium Nespresso compatible capsules, roast and ground coffee and whole beans in 200g, 400g and 1kg packs, premium instant coffee in the 100g, 150g and 190g sizes, the Barista Creations instant tins, one-cup sachets, the 300g hot chocolate, and the ready-to-drink lattes, flat whites and frappes in cans and bottles. Every line is listed below with its own barcode.
The Dolce Gusto compatible pods are made for Dolce Gusto machines and the aluminium capsules for Nespresso original-line machines; both are the brand's own compatible range, sold as such on the pack. The cup name — latte, cappuccino, flat white, espresso, lungo — is in each product name.
Yes. These lines are ordered by the case, and the units per case and cases per pallet are published on every line, so you can build a mixed pallet across pods, beans, instant and sachets or take full pallets of the fast sellers.
None of it needs a cold chain. The pods, beans, ground coffee, sachets and hot chocolate carry a year from production, the Nespresso compatible capsules eighteen months and the 150g instant tin two years; the ready-to-drink cans and bottles are ambient. The minimum remaining life on dispatch is shown on each line in the shop once you are signed in.
