Documents, labelling and translation, packing built for a month at sea, and the shelf life we guarantee — everything that happens to a pallet between our warehouse and your port, plus the questions importers ask us most.
You do not have to register to get a price out of us. Registering is about speed — and about us showing you how the whole thing works.
You do not even have to look at the range. Send what you want to import — a spreadsheet, a PDF, a photo of last season's order — and we match it to our catalogue and price it.
Open the range and put the order together line by line. Everything is visible to everyone — you are not looking at a sample of what we carry.
Prices appear on screen the moment you sign in — and we give you a full demonstration of the website and what it can do, on a call, one to one.
Every shipment carries a commercial invoice and a packing list. These four come as standard on top of that, and we issue them ourselves.
The movement certificate that lets your goods claim preferential duty where a trade agreement covers your market.
Where the goods were made, stamped by the chamber of commerce.
Evidence the products are sold freely on their home market.
Also called a Health Certificate — the two names are one document.
More specific paperwork, where your market asks for it. Tell us what you need and we confirm what we can issue before you commit to the order.
Told us once, held for good: your document requirements sit on your account, so every order after the first carries them without being asked.
We have our own translators, and the labels go on here — before the container is loaded — so nothing waits on a labelling job at your end.
Arabic is the one we do most, and it is done by people, not by a machine — an ingredient panel that has been through a translation engine is the kind of thing that gets a container held. Tell us the language and the format your market requires and we quote it with the order.
We handle the artwork, the print and the application, and we send you a proof to approve before a single label is printed.
A container moves, heats up and gets handled at both ends. Every pallet leaves here built for that.
Opaque film over the whole pallet. It holds the load square and, because nobody can see what is on it, it is the wrap that arrives intact.
Cardboard edge protectors down all four vertical edges, so the strapping bites on the board instead of crushing the cases underneath it.
ISPM-15 treated timber wherever your destination requires it — the pallet itself is a customs question in a lot of markets, and the wrong one holds the whole container.
Dunnage bags wedged into the voids between stacks, so the load cannot walk around the container on a rough crossing.
For heat-sensitive lines on Gulf and East African routes, where a steel box in the sun is the real hazard rather than the journey.
We load the container ourselves and check the batch codes as it goes in, rather than handing a pallet to a freight yard and hoping.
Dry or temperature-controlled, by sea, road or air — and the container itself packed the way that suits your warehouse at the other end.
The usual first container, and the right box for one market or a single-brand top-up rather than a full mixed load.
18–23 pallets · up to 30 m³What most of our export orders sail in. The extra height is what makes a mixed load of twenty or thirty brands worth consolidating.
46–54 pallets · up to 70 m³Temperature-controlled, for chilled and frozen lines. We only ship these where the cold chain can be verified at the receiving end.
15–20 pallets · up to 26 m³The same controlled temperature at full-container scale, for a market taking frozen or chilled in volume.
42–48 pallets · up to 62 m³Full and part loads by truck, for European destinations where a container on a ship is the slower and dearer way round.
Up to 25 tonnesSamples, a launch that has to land on a date, and urgent top-ups between containers. Sold by pallet space rather than by the box.
By pallet spaceEverything stays on its pallet, wrapped and corner-boarded, and comes off the container on a forklift. Quicker to unload and easier to check in — you are counting pallets rather than cases — and the load is protected all the way to your rack.
Cases stacked by hand, floor to ceiling, with no pallet footprint wasted. More product in the same container, so the freight cost per case comes down — it simply takes longer to unload at your end. Your choice, on every order.
Tell us which you want and we plan the load around it. The site counts the container for you as you build the order — cubic metres, weight and pallet spaces, against the hull you have chosen — so you know how full it is before you send it to us.
We buy direct from the manufacturers and the factories, not through a chain of traders, and we work just-in-time rather than sitting on stock for months. That is the whole reason the dates on your pallet are the longest available — nothing has aged in a warehouse before it reaches you.
Every line on the site carries the minimum shelf life we guarantee on it, and your account can carry a standing requirement — say twelve months — so anything that cannot meet it never reaches your quote in the first place.
If it comes in short, we ask you before we accept it.
We promise a minimum expiry and we over-deliver on it. When a delivery surprises us and the dates are shorter than what we quoted you, we do not quietly ship it and hope you do not notice, and we do not silently cancel your line either. We come back to you with the real dates and you decide.
No. Send us your list and we price it — no sign-up, no commitment. You can also browse the whole range first and build the list here. A trade account is only about speed: with one, the case prices are already on the screen instead of coming back to you by email.
We check your company, switch your prices on, and then we walk you through the website personally — a full demonstration of what it does, on a call at a time that suits you. Most buyers have never used a portal that prices a whole container in one sitting, so we would rather show you than leave you to find it. It takes about twenty minutes.
We work at mixed-pallet and full-container scale. There is no single line minimum — orders are built by the case and consolidated across brands, so a first order is usually a mixed pallet rather than one line in bulk.
It depends on the destination and whether the container is ambient or reefer. Sea freight to the Gulf, East Africa and the subcontinent typically runs several weeks door to port — we plan each order backwards from your on-shelf date.
20ft and 40ft high-cube containers, dry or reefer, plus road freight into Europe and air freight for samples and urgent top-ups. A 40ft high cube is what most export orders sail in.
Containers can be palletised — everything stays on its pallet and comes off on a forklift — or handloaded, stacked by hand so more product fits in the same box and the freight per case comes down. Tell us which you want and we plan the load around it.
Every quote is priced by our team against live cost, your market and what else is in the container, which is why there is no fixed public list. You do not need an account to get a price — send us a list and we will quote it. A trade account simply means the case prices are already on screen when you sign in.
We are flexible, and terms are set per account rather than by a rulebook. A first order is usually paid in advance, or on a deposit with the balance settled before the container sails.
From there we look at what actually suits your business. As a trading history builds we review the terms with you — a smaller deposit, part-payment against the shipping documents, or credit terms where the history and the cover support it. If your market works on a letter of credit, tell us and we will look at it with you.
Ask us. We would rather find terms that work than lose an order over them, and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do before you commit to anything.
Every shipment carries a commercial invoice and a packing list. These four come as standard on top of that:
More specific paperwork is available on request: Halal and Kosher certificates, Non-GMO certificates and Defra health certificates among others. Tell us what your market needs and we will confirm what we can issue before you commit to the order.
No. Your requirements are recorded against your account, so once you have told us that your market needs a EUR1 or a Certificate of Origin, every order after that carries it without being asked. You can see what we hold in My Account under Shipping documents, and tell us if it changes. Some markets also want the original signed documents couriered rather than scans — that is recorded the same way.
Yes. We have our own translators and we apply the labels here before the container is loaded, so the stock lands ready for your shelf rather than waiting on a labelling job at your end. Ingredient and nutrition panels, unit stickers and outer-case labels. Arabic is the one we do most; tell us the language and the format your market requires and we will quote it with the order.
We quote a minimum expiry and we aim to beat it, not meet it. We buy direct from manufacturers and factories and work just-in-time rather than holding stock for months, which is what puts the longest available dates on your pallet. If a delivery reaches us short of what we promised you, we come back to you before we accept it — you decide, not us.
Black stretch wrap, cardboard corner boards on every pallet, heat-treated pallets where the destination requires them, and inflatable air bags to stop the load shifting in the container. Thermal and insulated wrapping is available for heat-sensitive lines on Gulf and East African routes.
Frozen ships in a temperature-controlled container, planned separately from ambient stock. We only ship frozen where the cold chain can be verified at the receiving end.
We ship to importers, distributors and retailers across 60+ markets, dispatched from the UK — our HQ in Dubai keeps us close to the markets we serve. Some categories — alcohol, OTC medicine and fresh — carry market-specific restrictions we will flag.
