Seriously Red Extra Mature cheddar cheese is a rich and characterful cheddar made using British milk. Hand selected by our cheese graders, our award-winning Extra Mature cheddar offers a fantastic crumbly texture and long lasting flavour, ideal for melting on toast or pairing with crackers.
One of the hallmarks of our distinctive cheddar is the tantalizing crunch formed by the calcium lactate crystals which are naturally found in high quality aged cheddars.

For optimum results, remove from the fridge 30 mins prior to eating to allow the cheddar to come to room temperature.
