Just add eggs, oil and milk to a jug, mix and then add chocolate cake mix. Gently mix then whisk for one minute until you have a smooth and creamy texture (taking care not to over-mix). Pour evenly between two greased and lined cake tins, and bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the sponge comes out clean.
As well as a melt-in-the-mouth chocolate cake, you can also use this baking mix to make 12 traybake slices or 16 generous cupcakes.
