McVitie's cookie take on the Jaffa.
McVitie's took the Jaffa out of the cake aisle and put it into the cookie aisle, and this is the result: a soft-baked chocolate-chip cookie with a tangy orange centre, half dipped in milk chocolate, in a 159g pack. It is sold in two packs — plain, and price-marked at £2.50 for UK convenience — and both carry the same cookie.
For an importer the interesting thing about this line is that it is a biscuit doing a confectionery job. The half coating is real milk chocolate on one face only, so it behaves like a chocolate biscuit rather than a plain one: it is stable at ordinary ambient temperatures and it is not stable against a container roof in a Gulf summer. Load it low and central, keep it away from the doors, and it arrives as it left. On a slow sea route to East Africa or the Gulf that placement matters more than the shelf life does, because the shelf life on a soft-baked biscuit of this type is comfortable and the heat is the thing that actually damages it.
The price-marked pack and the plain pack are the same product and the same case. Which one an importer wants is a market question, not a product one: the £2.50 flash is designed for UK convenience shelves and is usually unhelpful in a market pricing in another currency, so most export orders take the plain pack. We carry both, and a mixed order across the two is fine.
This is a short range on purpose — it is one cookie, not a family — and it is here because it moves rather than because it is broad. If McVitie's extend it, the new packs appear on this page on their own: it is generated from the live catalogue rather than typed by hand.
1 brand across 2 live lines — Jaffa Cakes. Every one is bought directly from the manufacturer, and the list below is the range we hold.
Jaffa Cookies runs from 159g here. Price-marked packs are in the range for markets that resell at the UK marked price. Case, layer and pallet counts sit on every line in the shop, so you can size an order before you ask us to price it.
Jaffa Cookies ships from the UK and consolidates with anything else in the catalogue — mix brands and categories across one order, one invoice and one container, to more than 60 markets. Chocolate and anything heat-sensitive is worth a conversation about reefer before you fix the volume.
2 live lines, across 1 brands — Jaffa Cakes. The list on this page comes from the live catalogue, so it is what we can actually ship rather than a brochure range.
There is no order minimum on our side — you buy by the case. Some suppliers set their own minimums in cases, pallets or value, and the shop measures your order against them live, so nothing comes back as a surprise after you send it.
Yes. We load Jaffa Cookies from the UK for import into more than 60 markets, and it mixes freely with the rest of the catalogue — one order, one invoice, one container. Our Dubai head office sits close to many of the markets we serve.
From 159g to 159g. Price-marked packs are in the range. Units per case, cases per layer and cases per pallet are on every line, so you can work the cube before you commit.
Per line, guaranteed as a minimum from the day you order: supplier figures where they exist, honest estimates flagged as such where they do not, and fixed dates on seasonal stock. Set your market's requirement on your account and anything that cannot clear it is kept out of your way.
No account needed for a quote: build the order in the shop or upload your own spreadsheet, send it, and we come back with prices and a shipping plan, usually the same working day. A free trade account — verified the same day — puts the case prices on screen instead of you waiting for them.
